At the very heart of the warehouse, you oversee the smooth running of our operations, managing equipment and staff cost-effectively, applying financial and quality controls, and implementing all the systems required for transport, inspections and health and safety. No mean feat!

At STEF, we constantly strive to provide the best possible customer service while meeting financial and service level targets, and your role is key!

What skills are we looking for?

Ideally with CPC (National or International) and Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in Management, you have extensive knowledge of transport and/or warehouse management and health and safety regulations, as well as proven experience in managing direct and remote teams in an exciting, fast-moving environment.

Your people skills are second to none, and you’re great at motivating and coaching staff members to get the best out of everyone. You’re also an excellent listener.

You’re organised, work well under pressure and are able to adapt to fluid (and sometimes stringent!) targets and deadlines, using your initiative to find the right solution every time.
